1. All rates are
for the Villa Per Night or Week - not Per Person.
2. For any
reservation of less than 7 nights a cleaning fee of £55 will
be added to the total cost.

Heating - $30 per Day locally or Pre-ordered & pre-paid
before visit at £15 per day
No all male or all female
parties accepted £100 deposit required for booking Credit Card
swipe for security deposit All bookings made 6 weeks prior to departure
must be paid in full
